Privacy policy

Last updated October 21, 2026

This policy explains what information Brave New Wall (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website or contact us, and how we use it. If you have questions, email info@bravenewwall.com.

Information you give us

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, company, city, and details about your project. We use it to respond to you, prepare quotes, and do the work you hire us for.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect information about how this site is used: pages viewed, links clicked, the site that referred you, campaign information in the link you followed (such as UTM tags or ad click IDs), your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We store some of this in your browser so we know which ad or post brought you here if you later contact us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. PostHog may record how you interact with pages (such as clicks and scrolling) to help us find problems; text you type into forms is masked in these recordings.

Advertising

We advertise on services such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Their tags on this site tell them when someone who clicked an ad contacts us, so we can measure our ads, and they may use cookies to show our ads to people who visited this site (remarketing). These companies handle that data under their own privacy policies.

You can limit ad personalization at any time:

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we share information

We don’t sell the information you send us through our contact form. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business and this site (for example, website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and advertising platforms), or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve sent us by emailing info@bravenewwall.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
